The list of our 66 recommended card games from many different countries. Although different decks of cards are used in some countries or regions, the games found in the first three sections below can all be played with an ordinary 52 card deck of standard international playing cards (often after removing some cards from the deck). Some of the games in the last section require special decks of cards in order to play them.
